Principles orientating the guarantee of humanrights and citizens’ rights underthe 2015 Civil Procedure Code

Abstract

The paper analyses, and comments on the provisions of the 2015 Civil Procedure Code on the principles orientating the guarantee of human rights and citizens’ rights in resolving civil cases at court. It also offers proposals for improving the civil procedure law in order to ensure the practical implementation of human rights and citizens’ rights of the involved parties.
