Assessing the compatibility between the 2015 Criminal Code and the 2005 Law on prevention and combat of corruption

Abstract

The paper analyses the neccessity, the contents and the basic requirements of assessing the compatibility between the 2015 Criminal Code and the 2005 Law on Prevention and Combat of Corruption. On that basis, the paper offers detailed assessments of the compatibilities as well as the incompatibilities between the two Laws regarding regulation contents and drafting technique, and offers suggestions to improve the 2015 Criminal Code and the 2005 Law on Prevention and Combat of Corruption from the perspective of ensuring the compatibility between these two Laws.
