The law of Vietnam on unfair competition in the field of industrial property - comments and recommendations

Abstract

The paper analyses to clarify the concept of unfair competition and the concept and types of trade indication. Based on that, it identifies types of unfair competition relating to confusing trade indications and recommends how to improve the law on handling of unfair competition violations in the field of industrial property.
