Principles of coercion to acquire land in Vietnam

Abstract

The paper analyses the concept of,  and  the need to develop and improve principles of coercion to acquire land for the purposes of defence, security and socio-economic development for national and public interests. Through the clarification of the contents and the factors ensuring the principles, the paper offers some recommendations for effectively implementing the principles of coercion to acquire land in Vietnam.
