International law on management of natural resources of the Area - The common heritage of mankind

Abstract

The paper analyses the mechanism for management of natural resources of the Area in the three perspectives: the legal basis for management, the subjects who have powers to manage and the contents of management, and based on that it offers some assessements on the mechanism to manage resources of the Area under the current international law.
