Status quo of the law on dealing with bad debts of credits institutions in Vietnam at present and recommendations for improvement

Abstract

Studying the law on dealing with bad debts of credit institutions through selling bad debts to the Vietnam Asset Management Company (VAMC), the paper points out the inadequacies of the current law and offers recommendations for law improvement in order to promote selling bad debts of credit institutions to VAMC and to enhance the effectiveness of dealing with bad debts  in the system of credit institutions.
