Copyright infringements under the intellectual property law of Vietnam

Abstract
The article discusses the current legal provisions on the issues related to copyright infringements including the grounds for determining copyright infringement, acts of infringement of personal rights and acts of infringement of property rights. It then examines the causes of the infringements and offers solutions to overcome the problem in the following perspectives: improving the law, raising the awareness of respect for copyright and the role of collective management organisations.
