Theoretical basis of the law on development of enviromental services
Abstract
On the basis of classification of environmental services of the World Trade Organisation, the definition of environmental services of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development and the practice of applying the law on environmental services of Vietnam in recent years, the paper offers the concepts of environmental services, development of environmental services, the concept, principles and the main contents of the law on development of environmental services.
