Principle of equality and non-discrimination in the exercise of the right to freedom of religion and belief

Abstract

The principle of equality and non-discrimination in the exercise of the right to freedom of religion and beliefplays a very important role in  ensuring  that everyone can exercise the right to freedom of religion and it also serves as the basis to ensure the equality of all religions. This paper clarifies the manifestations of this principle in international law and in the law of some countries as well as analyses and comments on the new points of the law of Vietnam in ensuringthe principle of equality and non-discrimination in the exercise of the right to freedom of religion and belief.
