Abstract
Illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing has become a common concern of not only maritime nations but also the whole international community. The paper clarifies provisions of international law on illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing. It also analyses the practice of applying measures to prevent and combat illegall, unreported and regulated fishing of some countries and regions (such as Indonesia and EU) and then relates it with the policy, law and practice of Vietnam.
