t Principle of judicial independence in civil procedure of Vietnam

Abstract

As the 2015 Civil Procedure Code has included the provisions which do not really ensure judicial independence and the principle of judicial indepence has not been fully respected and implemented in practice, the legitimate rights and interests of parties have not been fairly and impartially protected. The paper analyses the concept and contents of the priciple of judicial indepence and on this basis offers some recommendations for improving the civil procedure law of Vietnam on the principle of judicial independence.
