Abstract

The article discusses the right to freedom of association and assembly of a special group under the labour law which is the group of  workers to address the challenges facing the State of Vietnam in both domestic and foreign affairs in guaranteeing this right of workers on the basis of implementing free trade agreements. The author has focused on clarifying some of the shortcomings in the Labour Code, the Law on Trade Union and the Civil Procedure Code to prove that the exercise of the freedom of association and assembly of workers cannot be delayed in the current context.
