The responsibility of managers according to the 2020 Law on Enterprises

Abstract

Managers play an important role in each enterprise. The role of the managers are not only in the internal activities of the company, for example policy making, policy implementing and controling, but also in the external activities of the company, such as enterprise’s representative in relationship with the third party. This article evaluates provisions of the 2020 Law on Enterprises regarding responsibilities of managers and proposes some modifications to improve corporate governance capacity in Vietnam.
