Abstract

This article examines the concept of online dispute resolution and proposes that online dispute resolution is a good choice to resolve disputes between businesses to consumers in the field of e-commerce. The article also points out the main advantages and disadvantages when using online methods to resolve disputes between businesses to consumers; assess the legal status, thereby proposing some solutions to improve the law on online disputes resolution between businesses to consumers in the field of e-commerce in Vietnam.
