Abstract

Regarding normative legal documents, the requirement to ensure feasibility in the increasingly diversed socio - economic context plays a very significant role. Nevertheless, the awareness of the feasibility of the law and ensuring the feasibility of the law as well in our nation is not literally complete and certain. Practice also proves that the feasibility of an array of normative documents is mediorce, affecting the role of law in the system of institutions as well as not corresponding to the requirements of building a socialist rule of law state.
