Abstract

Building and completing the Socialist rule - of - law State of Vietnam is an important issue and the central content of building and completing Vietnam's socialist superstructure and comprehensively renovating the political system. It is important for the Sixth Plenum of the Central Committee of the XIII term to issue a thematic resolution on building and completing the socialist rule - of - law State of Vietnam in the new situation. The article clarifies new perspectitves on building and completing the socialist rule - of - law State of the people, by the people, for the people today appeared in the Resolution of the Sixth Plenum of the Central Committee of the XIII term.
