Abstract

Throughout the revolutionary leadership process, our Party has always determined that mass mobilization work is a strategically important task, a crucial condition for ensuring the Party's leadership, consolidating and strengthening the close relationship between the Party and the people, building "the people's support base" to successfully carry out the struggle for independence, national liberation, national reunification, and socialist construction, and comprehensively and synchronously implement the reform process. Entering a new era of national development, the Party and the State need to continue to innovate and improve the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work, gradually realizing the aspiration to build Vietnamese nation to be prosperous, civilized and happy.
