The Communist Party of Vietnam’s creative application of Ho Chi Minh’s thought on cadres and cadre work in the new development stage

Abstract

In his great revolutionary cause, President Ho Chi Minh consistently attached special importance to building a contingent of cadres with both virtue and talent, capable of fulfilling their responsibilities to the Party and the people. The study, review of practical experience, application, and creative development of Ho Chi Minh’s thought on cadres and cadre work constitute an essential foundation for the Communist Party of Vietnam to continue innovating and perfecting cadre work, thereby meeting the requirements of national development in the new era.
