In the context of globalization, language learning encompasses linguistic skills and an understanding of cultural dimensions. This article focuses on improving French speaking skills for English major students in Vietnam by integrating intercultural activities into the curriculum. It addresses students’ challenges, including language proficiency levels, class size, and cultural barriers. By incorporating activities such as role-playing, debates, and authentic material use, this research aims to enhance students’ communicative abilities and cultural awareness, preparing them to interact effectively in multicultural settings and develop as global citizens.
