In the management process, some managers, teachers, staff, and parents still have a poor understanding of the importance and significance of self-assessment in general education quality assessment and self-assessment activities in education quality assessment in particular; The analysis of the current situation, advantages, difficulties, and opportunities and challenges is not close to reality. The tasks and solutions proposed in the plan are not yet feasible. Organizing training and capacity building for the force participating in self-assessment activities of education quality, including organizing training plans for the team participating in self-assessment, specialized groups for implementation is not effective, etc. For the above reasons, I have chosen the research topic “Management of self-assessment activities of education quality at primary schools in Hoang Mai district, Hanoi city” as the topic of my master’s thesis.
