Innovating teaching activities to develop the quality and capacity of lower secondary school students
is a basic content of the new high school education program that will be launched after 2020. In order to
successfully achieve the educational objectives of the new general education program, the important issue
is that pedagogical schools throughout the country must be aware of their position and role in fostering and
