Physical education is a pedagogical process aimed at enhancing, fostering knowledge and protecting
health, helping to improve personality and improving the necessary motor skills of each individual in
life, developing physical strength to contribute in training of moral qualities (collective action, positivity,
discipline, creativity...), a healthy will and lifestyle help students to have all entering life conditions.
