The contingent of teachers plays an important role in determining the quality of education. Fostering a
contingent of teachers is considered a central and cross-cutting task in the educational innovation process.
The article presents the management of fostering activities for junior high school teachers in Thanh Hoa city
to meet the requirements of the general education program 2018.
