ABSTRACT
The country is developing more and more, the urbanization rate is high, the process of building infrastructure
in our country has developed strongly. High-rise buildings, apartments, etc. are built all over the country,
especially in big cities. However, due to natural and human factors such as climatic conditions, decline of
groundwater levels, changing geological conditions, factors related to foundations, materials, construction
structures, etc. causing the work to be deformed beyond the allowable limit when calculating, leading to the
condition of the structure being broken, some works cannot be used. In order to have a basis for assessing the
level and deformation capacity of the work, from which to take timely remedial measures, the monitoring of
the works is indispensable. On that basis, the article introduces a method of adjusting the monitoring grid - the
method of adjusting the monitoring grid according to the measured difference between two periods. In parallel
with the method of independent adjustment of each cycle or adjustment by software, learners can further verify
by the method of adjusting the monitoring grid according to the measured difference between the two periods.
