ABSTRACT
Universities in Vietnam have actively implemented the roadmap to convert annual training programs to
credit institutions in recent years. This transformation is not exclusive to the block of universities training
specific disciplines, including the Fine Arts of training institutions in all three regions of the North - Central -
South, where the thickness - is the cradle produced generations of leading prestigious teachers, researchers,
painters and art theorists in our country. Stemming from professional training, the problem posed in the
implementation of the training tasks under the credit system of the Ministry of Education and Training for
the fine arts industry requires research, development, adjustment and implementation create a common
consensus for all art training institutions in the country, to be able to blend in and be ready to participate in
all changes in the roadmap for completing training under the current credit system.
