ABSTRACT
In the history of more than 90 years of growth and development, the Communist Party of Vietnam has
proven a strong relationship between the Party and the people. That is such a dialectic, unified, interactive
and supportive relationship for their mutual development. The dialetic unification has brought about great
victory in the struggle of protecting national independence and the process of building the socialism. In this
article, the author explores the outstanding issues in the relationship between the Party and the People in this
context, and proposes some solutions to contribute to reinforcing the relationship between the Party and the
People in the spirit of the Congress XIII of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
