ABSTRACT
The article presents the basic theoretical issues related to the management of testing and assessment
learning results of students towards of developing student's ability in junior high schools. Clarified concepts,
related categories, characteristics of testing and assessment of learning outcomes towards of developing
student's capacity, proper assessment of the role and function of testing, assessment of results learning
outcomes in the direction of developing student capacity, objectives, content, methods and forms of testing
and assessment of students' learning results towards of developing learners' competence. The management
of testing and evaluation of students' learning outcomes includes: Building the testing and assessment
plans; organizing, directing and evaluating activities of testing and assessment learning results towards of
developing students' capacity along with the factors affecting this activity.
