ABSTRACT
The survey results of 145 administrators and teachers of 04 primary schools in Giong Trom district, Ben
Tre province show the current situation of developing contingent of public primary school teachers in Giong
Trom district, Ben Tre province. The development of public primary school teachers in Giong Trom district,
Ben Tre has been carried out at a good level. This means that the development of contingent of public primary
school teachers in Giong Trom district, Ben Tre province is done quite well, to meet the requirements of the
development of the contingent of public primary school teacher in local.
