ABSTRACT
Childcare and nurturing activities play a particularly important role in the quality of preschool care and
education. Enhancing the quality of childcare and nurturing is a job to enhance children's health and create
conditions for children to develop well physically and intellectually in the future. Preparing children to enter
primary school, making an important contribution to the achievement of the goals of preschool education, a
job that wants to be done well needs many conditional factors. In which, the most decisive is still the strict
management by effective measures of the kindergarten principal. The article clarifies the scientific basis
of childcare and nurturing activities, thereby proposing management measures of enhancing the quality of
childcare and nurturing in kindergarten in District 5, Ho Chi Minh City.
