ABSTRACT
In this article, we propose to build an information system to manage student reception at the faculty of Information
Technology of Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology in the spirit of "one-stop". The content of
the research is aimed at reducing the workload for administrative staff in the faculty of Information Technology
to ensure a good job completion. The process of receiving students at the faculty of Information Technology is
systematized and modeled in order to be able to receive and process student applications online. The initial results of
the system have shown positive initial steps in the research process of the one-stop problem in student management
at the faculty of Information Technology, Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology.
