ABSTRACT
In Wellspring high school, football is a core part of the Thu Dau Mot University. In training, teachers
have created a variety of exercises; however, time used for developing speed was quite limited, illogical and
not well-planed. Therefore, the speed of male football team has not well improved. Through researching, this
study has selected 25 exercises to develop the speed for the male football team of the Thu Dau Mot University.
