ABSTRACT
Ensuring a reasonable structure of social classes, population, and professions, and dealing with fair
and equal interest relations between social classes in each stage of the country's development process is an
important issue in maintaining the socialist orientation. Properly assessing the current situation, correctly
forecasting the trend of changing social structure, social stratification, the issue of interests between social
classes holds a very in crucial position and role; is a practical scientific basis for formulating policies and
solutions to strengthen the social foundation in the process of developing the country according to socialist
orientation.
