In recent years, a comprehensive innovation in education has been received attention from the whole society and has been implemented in many different forms. The technique of using games in teaching is a trendy appropriate teaching strategy of modern teaching innovation, promote the activeness and initiative of students, but this teaching technique has not been developed and used by many teachers yet, so the teaching effectiveness is not high. Having taught Vietnamese to international students for many years, we have discovered that using a variety of interactive learning games is a crucial strategy for achieving the best teaching-learning outcomes, which offers many benefits such as: creating a vibrant learning atmosphere; students can accumulate knowledge voluntarily and actively; develop individual thinking and necessary soft skills such as: practice teamwork skills, improve cooperation capacity, educate sense of discipline and teamwork when participating in game activities.

This study was conducted within the context of the English for Specific Department (ESPD), Hanoi University. The research aimed to find out the level of speaking anxiety among freshmen at ESPD as well as the factors that influence their speaking anxiety. A quantitative approach was employed with the use of the Public Speaking Class Anxiety Scale (PSCAS) to obtain the responses from 75 students currently studying a one-year intensive English course at ESPD, majoring in different fields. Following that, the data was analyzed by SPSS IBM software with the descriptive analysis and frequency analysis. The results of the case study stated that these students experienced a medium level of speaking anxiety. In addition, the fear of negative evaluation is perceived by students as the most significant factor affecting their speaking anxiety, followed by communication apprehension and test anxiety.

This article presents the results of a survey of feedback from students in Vinh Medical University (VMU) on the teaching methods used in the professional English language module in oder to build a basis for testing a new method in the context that most of classes here have a very large number of students, making it difficult to apply pair and group work in class. The results showed that up to 71.5% of respondents were not truly satisfied with the methods. They were not so helpful in promoting active learning, collaboration and soft skill development for learners. Most of respondents consider their listening and speaking skills to be weak.

This article researches and models rooftop solar power for application at state management agencies in Khanh Hoa province. The research is based on state regulations, surveying the current situation at the headquarters of government agencies, and subsequently proposing a suitable rooftop solar power model. Simultaneously, rooftop solar models were implemented at the headquarters of government agencies in Khanh Hoa province with successful outcomes. The results indicated the effectiveness of reducing electricity consumption from the grid through rooftop solar technology applied to government administrative offices. Specifically, the solar power system achieved a 53.31% reduction in electricity consumption from the grid, meeting 100% of the office’s electricity demand for the year.

Through research, part of the reasoning about STEAM education and its important role for primary school students has been identified and systematized. The study also analyzes the current state of STEAM theme design through experiential activities for primary school students. The results of the study included proposing specific processes for designing the theme of STEAM education through experiential activities for elementary students. These processes have been illustrated and applied in elementary classrooms. The results from this educational experiment have partly confirmed the accuracy and feasibility of the scientific hypothesis, as well as the effectiveness of the proposed measures.

Pyranonaphthoquinone derivatives were synthesized from 1,4-naphthoquinone in three steps. In the first step, 3-phenoxymethyl-1,4-naphthoquinone was synthesized by reacting phenoxy acetic acid with (NH4)2S2O8 and AgNO3 as catalysts. In the next step, 2-acylmethyl-3-phenoxymethyl-1,4-naphthoquinone was synthesized. Finally, 2-acylmethyl-3-phenoxymethyl-1,4-naphthoquinone was subjected to intramolecular cyclization with trimethylamine as the catalyst. This article discusses the mechanism involved in synthesizing pyranonaphthoquinone through the above three stages.

In this study, multilayer graphene (GNPs) was successfully prepared through direct chemical exfoliation from natural graphite flakes. The characteristics of the GNPs were investigated using scanning electron microscopy and XRD. The results showed that the GNPs had a low bulk density of only 0.012 g mL-1, a C content of 99%, lateral diameters ranging from 6-16 µm, and a thickness of less than 15 nm. The absorption capacity of the GNPs for a range of oils and organic solvents including pump oil, polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) oil, dioctyl phthalates (DOP) oil, olive oil, bean oil, mazut oil, xylene, ethanol, and ethylene glycol (EG) was evaluated. The effects of the absorption conditions such as absorption time (sorption kinetics), temperature, and aging method (static, stirring, and ultrasonic) on the absorption capability of the GNPs were also investigated. It was observed that the GNPs exhibited extremely high absorption capacities for oils and organic solvents, up to 20-40 times their own weight after just 2 minutes of absorption at room temperature, which was significantly higher than many commercially available absorbent materials.

The objective of the research is to determine factors affecting student satisfaction with online training activities at University of Transport and Communications Branch in Ho Chi Minh City (UTC2). Analytical data was collected from 320 students from courses 59 to 62 studying at UTC2. Research results show that the factors of perceived behavioral control, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, subjective norms, perceived ease of use, system quality, information quality and instructors guidance affect student satisfaction with online training activities.
