Improve the effectiveness of education and training to meet the high-quality human resource requirements of the Industrial Revolution 4.0

Abstract

Developing high-quality human resources is an important task that our Party and State pay special attention to. Because this is a decisive issue for the existence and development of the country, it is an urgent requirement of the current Fourth Industrial Revolution. The article presents a general overview of human resources and the role of high-quality human resources for the development of the country; at the same time, proposes some basic solutions to enhance the role of education and training in developing high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of the current Fourth Industrial Revolution.
