Measures to manage activities of fostering information technology application capacity for teachers in primary schools in Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province

Abstract

Implementing the 2018 Education and Training Program focuses on effectively applying information technology to management, administration, and teaching in schools with rich and diverse learning resources. Lecturers' lectures and student learning content are connected to a common data system, creating multi-dimensional interaction as well as expanding the learning space, beyond the limits of a regular lecture. This article presents measures to manage activities of fostering information technology application capacity for teachers in primary schools in Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province.
