Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) can do many of the daily professional tasks of accounting staff. However, this is only a support tool and cannot replace humans. In fact, AI taking on routine tasks will help accounting staff, enhance their consulting role, focus on the improvement process, control costs and information. AI is also an opportunity for accounting staff to redefine their role and create more value. In order to use AI as a powerful support tool rather than becoming a risk of replacing the work of accounting staff, training and providing basic knowledge and soft skills in the context of applying artificial intelligence to accounting work for accounting staff at universities is very urgent.
