Developing the ability to regulate emotions for 5-6 years old children through experience
Abstract
Developing the ability to regulate emotions for 5-6 year old children is an important and necessary task. Regulating emotions helps children clearly know whether their emotional state is positive or negative, thereby being able to calm down, self-regulate their emotions and actions in a positive direction; reduce conflicts and stress with others and build and maintain good relationships, and at the same time be calm to come up with appropriate ways to solve work; help children adapt and easily enter life, adapt to the development of modern society in the era of technology 4.0. In this article, the author analyzes in depth: some concepts of the research problem, characteristics of experiential education for preschool children and the role of experience in developing the ability to regulate emotions for 5-6 year old children. This is an important basis for further research, aiming to provide effective educational solutions in developing the ability to regulate.
