Abstract

The article uses descriptive statistics method and comparative method to analyze the current status of Vietnamese consumers’ e-commerce in the following aspects, information search form, means used in online shopping of consumers, types of goods and services consumers' online shopping as well as forms of payment for online shopping of consumers. Thereby, the authors recommend solutions to promote the development of e-commerce of consumers.
