Abstract: This article presents the content and scope of the concept “The Era of the Nation’s Rise,” as introduced by General Secretary To Lam in recent writings and speeches. The Era of the Nation’s Rise for the Vietnamese people has already begun and coincides with the time of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, as well as the global digital transformation process, which is also taking place in Vietnam. The objectives to be achieved by the end of this era are for the Vietnamese people, under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, to elevate the country to be on par with the world’s leading developed nations, successfully realize the socialist modernization process, and ensure that the people enjoy a happy and prosperous life. In this new era, we have fundamental advantages, though overcoming challenges is an inherent part of any time period; it is only natural. With the Party and the entire people united and determined to overcome all obstacles, to “turn challenges into opportunities,” the Vietnamese people will undoubtedly reach the shores of success.
