ACCULTURATION OF THE FRENCH CULTURE WITH LECTURER RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT OF HUE UNIVERSITY IN THE DIGITAL AGE

Abstract: Hue University is a quintessential part of Hue culture. Hue University’s current lecturer resources are considered an advantage to develop Hue University according to the smart university model in the digital era and contribute to building Hue City in the direction of preserving heritage, culture, and ecology. Culture is the spiritual foundation of society. We are entering the digital era with unprecedented comprehensive and extensive international integration. Accordingly, acculturation takes place more and more strongly among countries in a global cultural sphere. Cultural acculturation creates a source of strength for the lecturer resources development of Hue University comprehensively, towards Integrity - Compassion - Excellence and Liberty - Equality - Fraternity which are from French culture and has a close relationship with the cultural value system and the standard value system of Hue University, that is: Liberation - Quality - Integration - Efficiency. Liberty - Equality - Fraternity have become universal values that are still relevant and need to be absorbed in order to develop lecture resources of Hue University in the digital age.
