Abstract: Starting from the revolutionary purpose of the working class indicated in the Manifesto of the Communist Party, which is to gain democracy and set revolutionary measures based on practicing democracy controlled by the working class to promote the Socialist Revolution process, the author uses the laws of the development of human society proven in Perfectionism to present the concept of Perfected Socialism. Accordingly, Perfected Socialism is a society that develops according to the rules of perfect development, aiming to increasingly ensure fairness of benefits and development conditions for everyone in society, with a developed market economy and deep international integration, operating under a democratic mechanism established and controlled by the working class. The author argues that socialism in Vietnam is perfected socialism, with its own unique features, making people richer, the country stronger, and the society more democratic, just, and civilized, with a government of the people, by the people, and for the people, led by the Communist Party, with state management, and people as the owners, constantly improving the Party's organization, leadership methods, leadership capacity, and quality of Party members.
