Abstract: In the new development era of the nation, strongly innovating the work of cadres is one of the three strategic breakthroughs identified by our Party, and it emphasizes focusing on improving the quality of cadres at all levels, including building the leadership style of key officials at the provincial level. Based on analyzing the theoretical issues of building leadership style and assessing the current situation of leadership style at the provincial level, the author proposes several solutions to build the leadership style of key officials at the provincial level in line with the characteristics of the locality, associated with the management and socio-economic development of Khanh Hoa province.
