Abstract: Culture always embodies historical, traditional, and psychological elements associated with the symbols, customs, and practices of an ethnic community. Traditional culture refers to social and cultural phenomena shaped throughout history with social significance. In its positive aspect, traditional culture serves as a foundation and internal strength for the progress and development of the nation. Therefore, promoting the cultural traditions of the nation as an endogenous capacity for national development has become an urgent task. This paper focuses on clarifying the positive impacts of traditional cultural values on environmental protection and the sustainable development of the country today, while also proposing several solutions to promote traditional culture in protecting the environment and fostering sustainable national development.
