Abstract: Viet Bac College of Culture and Arts plays an important role in training high-quality human resources, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality. This article focuses on analyzing the role of the college in providing a workforce with expertise and skills suited to the practical needs of the province, particularly in the field of culture and arts. Through qualitative research methods and analysis of secondary data, the article evaluates the specific contributions of the college in training and fostering human resources, as well as proposes solutions to improve training effectiveness in the context of current socio-economic development. The research results show that the college not only meets the local demand for human resources but also contributes to the preservation and promotion of traditional cultural values, thereby fostering sustainable development.
