Abstract

The Law on Marriage and Family in each nation has its unique characteristics of culture and customs. Referring to the provisions of different nations gives us a multi-dimensional perspective on the advantages in their legislative techniques. Research on Thailand law aims to create a basis for comparison with Vietnamese law, thereby pointing out the differences in marriage following the law of two nations and consulting its progressive regulations.
