Improving the law on inspecting and handling violations of regulations in real estate business in Vietnam today

Abstract

Inspecting and handling violations in real estate business is a basic institution of real estate business law. This regulation was established with the aim of improving the efficiency of state management in real estate business. In reality, not every organization or individual who invests in real estate business complies with the law voluntarily. Regulations on inspecting and handling violations in real estate business have attracted the research and study attention of our country’s legal scientists. The article mentions the current status of legal regulations and then proposes recommendations to improve the law on inspecting and handling violations of regulations in real estate business in the coming time.
