Transparency and the ability to enforce online arbitration awards - International experience and recommendations for Vietnam

Abstract

The article researches and analyzes a number of issues related to the transparency principle and the ability to enforce online arbitration awards. Based on assessment of the existing status of Vietnamese law, the author proposes some recommendations to improve the law related to the enforcement of online arbitration awards in the context of global economic integration.
