Improving the effeciency of the suspects interrogation and taking tesimony in case sound or audio visual recording are used

Abstract

Sound and audio visual recording are new provisions in the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code that the implementation process still faces many difficulties. Therefore, it is necessary to futher improve the effectiveness of sound and audio visual recording in interrogation and taking testimony that contributes to the implementation of the Judicial Reform strategy in the coming time. The article presents the necessary requirements to use sound and audio visual recording in suspects interrogation and taking tesimony.
