Several matters on Vietnamese criminal law policy for the Fourth Industrial Revolution

Abstract

To cope with big challenges from the Fourth Industrial Revolution, Vietnamese criminal law policy needs to be flexible to adapt to new, diverse and complex crimes. The article finds out our current criminal law policy under the influence of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, from which to propose solutions for criminal law policy to continue to improving the Penal Code in the future.
