Although each organisation adopts an approach aligned with its respective mandate and operational domain, all collectively contribute to the diffusion and implementation of universal values through legal instruments, education, development policies, and international cooperation. The paper also highlights the significance of these values for nation-states and humanity at large, particularly in the context of globalisation and increasingly complex transnational challenges. Overall, the article offers a comprehensive and comparative perspective on the universal values of humanity as articulated by various international organisations, thereby elucidates both the convergences and divergences in their approaches, an aspect that has received little attention in previous studies conducted in Vietnam.
GS.TS. It examines the scope of Article 13.3 of the Federal Law 'On Combating Corruption,' which mandates that all organizations, regardless of legal form, implement comprehensive internal anti-corruption compliance programs. Particular emphasis is placed on the role of prosecutorial oversight in ensuring corporate adherence to these statutory requirements. The study demonstrates that systematic prosecutorial inspections are critical in identifying systemic deficiencies in internal compliance mechanisms and incentivizing firms to develop tailored anti-corruption policies that reflect their specific operational risk profiles. Furthermore, by reviewing common compliance failures among legal entities, the article concludes that fostering a culture of legal awareness among corporate leadership is a strategic imperative for mitigating liability risks and enhancing overall corporate governance.
TS.
